Bob Bestvina, Principal Consultant

Focused Solutions was founded by Bob Bestvina in 2002. Prior to founding the firm, Bob spent over 25 years in banking, transportation and healthcare. Bob’s healthcare experience spans more than 15 years and includes leadership roles at Caremark, Medco Health, BioScrip, and OptionCare. As a Consultant, Bob has helped numerous “C” level executives with challenges ranging from targeted pharmacy projects to managing the site selection, design and build-out of high volume pharmacies.

Tom Corrigan, Consultant

Tom Corrigan is a registered pharmacist who brings more than 20 years diversified pharmacy experience to Focused Solutions. His background includes significant pharmacy leadership roles at Retired Persons Services, TechRx, and Flux Technology Solutions. Flux Technology Solutions, which was founded by Tom in 1999, was sold to TechRx in 2000. As a Consultant, Tom has been very successful in helping pharmacy executive’s start-up, manage and improve their pharmacy systems and operations.

Rick Ford, Consultant

Rick Ford brings over 27 years diversified reimbursement, finance and sales support experience to Focused Solutions. Rick’s background includes leadership roles at Transamerica Insurance, Caremark, Maxim Pharmaceuticals, Express Scripts and Priority Healthcare. As a Consultant, Rick recently led the design and start-up of reimbursement operations for the specialty pharmacy division of one of the country’s largest healthcare providers. Rick’s extensive background positions him to address virtually any reimbursement challenge that a client may have.

Tom Lemanski, Consultant

Tom Lemanski has over 25 years diversified sales and marketing experience. After honing his skills as an owner and officer in manufacturing, Tom led a successful turnaround of a consumer product marketing company where, as president, he doubled revenues by rebuilding the product lines and sales force. For the past six years, Tom has done strategic consulting and executive coaching in 20 different industries.
